14 YEAR OLD SCHOOLBOY SEXUALLY ASSAULTS TEACHER – Yesterday a 14 year old schoolboy was sentenced to just 4 years in a juvenile facility after a calculating sexual assault.
The schoolboy waited until all other students had left the class and then barricaded himself and the female teacher inside. He then took to a brutal sexual attack on the teacher.
After hearing screams of help other teaching staff rushed to her aid but found the door barricaded.
The teacher who recounted her experience in court told the jury how he laughed at her as he grabbed her skirt, lifted it up and sexually assaulted her.
The court was also informed that the boy had two previous convictions for sexual assault and indeed was currently on bail for his last offence.
Staff eventually forced their way into the classroom and apprehended the boy. Staff members gave evidence as to the teacher being in a state of terror and extreme distress.
Since the attack the teacher has not been able to return to work and feels that the attack has left her permanently mentally scarred and that she may indeed never be able to teach in a classroom again.
Regardless of the boy’s age, he obviously has a mental problem; this is evident when you take into account his previous convictions.
We often take to admonishing our education system; due to it’s failing to adequately educate our children and yet the problem does not lay with the quality of the teachers but the system in which they are forced to teach.
There is no longer any real discipline in the classroom; our politically correct society has seen to that. Children are becoming more unruly and abusive not just towards their teachers but also other pupils.
It is long overdue that we make a stand, put aside our fears of what is perceived an inhumane practice and bring back corporal punishment.
As for the boy… 4 years is nothing short of an insult. If this had been his first offence then maybe this is something the public could have accepted and yet this was in fact his third offense and who knows how many others that have never been reported.
This boy is a sexual predator, a rapist and should now be serving a minimum of 20 years; or better yet section him under the Mental Health Act so that he can only ever be released on the say-so of the doctors in charge of his mental health care.
Do you think the education system needs reform so that discipline can be brought back into the classroom? Please leave your comments below.
