AL QAEDA SUSPECTED IN THE LOSS OF FLIGHT MH370 – SUSPECTS ARRESTED – An article in the Daily Mail this morning states that 11 Al Qaeda terrorist suspects have been arrested in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia after international investigators, including members of the FBI and Britain’s MI6, requested that the Malaysian authorities apprehend and question intensively all 11 suspects regarding the loss of Flight MH370.

The search for Flight MH370 has been one of aviation history’s most intensive and puzzling investigations of an air incident and yet despite searching for two months, that has cost millions of pounds, investigators are still unable to locate wreckage or the black box flight recorder.

The search has now been scaled back as experts now state that Flight MH370, along with the 239 people on board, including crew, is unlikely ever to be found despite continuous reports of sightings from satellite images.

A member of the Counter Terrorism Division in Malaysia yesterday sated that the arrests have heightened suspicion that the disappearance of Flight MH370 may have been an act of terrorism.

According to international investigators the possibility of this being an act of terrorism has always been a priority due to the circumstance surrounding the disappearance of Flight MH370 and a new and highly dangerous terror group, thought to be connected to Al Qaeda, may well have been involved.

From initial questioning it has been revealed that those detained have denied being involved but did admit planning ‘sustained terror campaigns’ in Malaysia.
