ARMED POLICE OFFICER FACING PROSECUTION FOR KILLING A DRUG DEALER – If you, like me, have long suspected that British justice has lost the plot then this story will likely cement that belief.
The story is of one Azelle Rodney a known drug dealer and feared adversary in gangland crime. His notoriety was that of being a violent thug who peddled illegal narcotics to children and was known to carry a gun whenever and wherever he plied his illicit trade.
Azelle Rodney was well known by the police and on a fateful night an armed response unit tailed Azelle Rodney and two other associates, due to a warrant for his arrest over a stabbing, until finally pulling them over.
Armed officers shouted for the men to step out of the vehicle and as they did so one firearms officers, a highly decorated individual with years of experience, approached with his firearm outstretched and firmly aimed at Azelle Rodney.
As Azelle Rodney came out of his vehicle he made a move to grab one of his guns on the floor of the vehicle and fearing for his own life the armed officer fired six rounds; four of which entered Azelle Rodney’s head, killing him instantly.
For any sane individual reading this the response is like to be a very sarcastic ‘boo hoo’ or joyful acknowledgement that there is one less scumbag on the streets killing our kids with illegal drugs.
During the investigation three illegal firearms were uncovered from the vehicle and after an initial investigation by the authorities a verdict of ‘lawful’ killing was registered. It was, in all intents and purposes, a job well done and time to grab a couple of beers to celebrate.
Unfortunately this story takes a twist; one that is both deeply upsetting, unnerving and once again calls into question the sanity of British justice.
In order to appear impartial and that the legal system works, most notably for the criminals these days, an additional inquiry was held at the expense of the taxpayer which resulted in a retired judge ruling that Azelle Rodney was killed unlawfully.
For over 20 years the police officer in question commanded an exemplary record and was in fact decorated for bravery on a number of occasions. He was not, by any stretch of the imagination, a person that would arbitrarily pull the trigger and his extensive training had certainly served him well over his long and admirable career.
However it appears that the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS), in the name of multicultural community cohesion, wants to set this police officer up and offer him as the sacrificial lamb.
Azelle Rodney was, by all counts, a nasty piece of work; even his own family didn’t want anything to do with him and in recent years they had become estranged and rarely spoke.
This revelation may come as a surprise when you learn that after the killing the family came out of the woodwork to claim that the police had murdered their innocent boy and that Azelle was a kind and gentle soul. Of course the twist to this is obvious; they are now asking for a sizable amount of compensation from the Metropolitan Police at the expense of the taxpayer for the loss of their ‘loved’ one.
There are times when I write where I think I’ve seen and heard it all and then the Rodney family comes along to reestablish my belief that when you take out one lowlife there’s another to quickly take their place and it invariably targets the taxpayer.
The initial investigation, which cleared the police officer, should and indeed must stand if we are to have any faith in the British justice system and we cannot allow criminals to manipulate the law for financial gain; as is clearly the case with the Rodney family.
What is clear is that the highly decorated police officer is about to be hung out to dry by the Liberal Left-Wing whose indoctrination would have us all believe that criminals are in fact victims of an uncaring society and where opportunity is rarely afforded. Can you spell the word ‘FARCE’ because that’s exactly what we are witnessing?
A known drug dealer is shot; his family who he has been estranged with now comes out looking for a handout. Can it get any sicker than this?
One thing that is perfectly clear is that the police officer removed a dangerous individual from society and the loss is really no loss at all but rather a direct benefit to the innocent in which he plied his illicit trade.
It’s time for the Metropolitan Police force to rally around this fine and outstanding police officer and if the British public ever want to see justice then they too must publicly stand with the Met and fight against the real injustice that is taking place.
Before I close you might ask yourself this… If it wasn’t the police that shot him how long do you think he would have survived with the drugs cartels and other rival gangs? Chances are, considering the regular occurrences of gangland murders he would have been dead already.
Let’s not weep for the loss of such a life but rather celebrate the fact that our children are a little bit safer from Rodney’s demise.
