BOSTON MARATHON BOMBER NOW TALKING TO FEDERAL AUTHORITIES – 19 year old Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the suspected Boston Marathon terrorist bomber is now awake and talking to the FBI.
It was feared by the authorities that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev would not recover from the injuries he sustained in the shootout and then from the attempted suicide as he was discovered hiding out in a boat. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev turned the gun on himself, placing it in his mouth and pulling the trigger. However the bullet travel downward piercing his neck and paramedics at the scene quickly rushed to stem the flow of blood and save the young man’s life. The video above shows the thermal imaging from a helicopter as authorities closed in and captured Dzhokhar Tsarnaev.
It has now been discovered that the brothers had a suicide pact in the event they got caught. During the initial shootout Dzhokhar Tsarnaev managed to escape but it is believed he deliberately ran over his brother who was handcuffed and lying on the floor. Dzhokhar Tsarnaev dragged his brother’s body for up to 40 feet under the wheels of his get-away car.
While Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is unable to speak, due to the gunshot wound to his throat he is communicating with the authorities through written questions and answers. The authorities are now probing Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to give up other possible terrorist cell members and locations of possible other bombs not yet located.
Federal authorities are looking now to put the final touches on this even by filing charges with the District Attorney’s Office. The charges Dzhokhar Tsarnaev face include those of terrorism and while Massachusetts does not have the death penalty it is likely, if found guilty, that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will spend the rest of his natural life in a maximum security facility.
Prosecutors are now studying all the evidence which clearly shows Dzhokhar Tsarnaev placing a backpack on the ground and walking away. As the first explosion ripped through the crowds killing three, including 8 year old Martin Richard, and seriously injuring over 180 other people, the video surveillance shows Dzhokhar Tsarnaev calmly walking away – an act prosecutors say is damning considering everyone else is in a panic and running for their lives.
On another related story Russian President Vladimir Putin has warned the UK that it is also at a high risk from a terrorist attack by extremist Islamic exiles from North Caucasus who have been allowed easy access into the UK by lax immigration controls.
Furthermore Putin claimed that the FBI failed to listen to Russia’s secret services that told them they had clear evidence that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was a suspected terrorist and that they had evidence of Tamerlan Tsarnaev attending a terrorist training camp.
According to news reports the FBI and Homeland Security new about the brothers but deemed them, after some investigation, not to pose a threat to the national security of the United States.
Putin is adamant that the U.S, UK and Russia need to work more closely in order to stem the tide of terrorist activities in all countries involved, however a long period of distrust by the nations appears to have stifled any real co-operation; something many believe could have prevented the Boston Marathon Bombing.
The conclusion to this atrocity is that authorities made some grave errors of judgement and while their admirable task of tracking the perpetrators down is unquestionable the public will no doubt have information released over time which will cast doubt as to whether this atrocity could have been prevented.
With the ongoing rise of Muslim activities within the Western hemisphere it is feared that plague of Jihad is growing at an uncontrollable rate that is design to make everyone feel unsafe and a victim of Islamic terrorism.
