EU CANDIDATE PAUL WESTON ARRESTED FOR RELIGIOUS AND RACIAL HARASSMENT – Paul Weston stood on the steps of Winchester Guildhall, in Hampshire and exercised his democratic right to freely express his views on Islam and quoted a statement once made by Sir Winston Churchill… watch the video below.
Anyone who reads meebal.com will understand our passion for democracy and our fight to uphold the little that remains of it in the UK.
Yes we are constantly informed by Government that we are a democratic nation with a free Press and were every citizen has the right, under law, to freely and openly express their views and opinions.
Unfortunately nothing could be further from the truth for Government has clearly grown to a point whereby the democratic voice of the people is easily suppressed with insidious legislation such as the recent Royal Press Charter.
Look carefully at the plethora of laws that now effectively silence the masses, there are equal rights laws, laws on defamation, libel, discrimination and the list goes on.
If the plethora of laws are not enough to silence the people we also have the dawn of political correctness where no person is allowed to speak out against another for fear of being labelled a racist or a bigot; yes it is wholly unacceptable in the land of liberalised progressives to upset the apple cart of religious or cultural sensitivity.
Of course Muslims, such as Anjem Choudary, remain within their rights to stand on a street corner and call all non-Muslims filthy pigs and seek obedience through Sharia Law.
It also appears acceptable that such will call upon their deluded and indoctrinated brothers to rise up and wreck vengeance upon all those who refuse to bow down to the will of Allah.
Yes the call to kill in order to make us fearful enough to comply does appear to be sanctioned by the Government for they stand idly by whilst the atrocities continue to be played out on the streets of Britain.
At meebal.com we are not suggesting that the likes of Anjem Choudary should not be allowed to air their views for it is and should be their democratic right to do so but whatever the religious or political beliefs may be it should NOT contain any call to force or coerce obedience through acts of violence for such destroys the very fabric of democracy.
During Paul Weston’s speech it took just one member of the public to take offense to his speech, yes a single person refused to accept or support his democratic right to be heard which resulted in a phone call to the police and his subsequent arrest on the grounds of religious and racial harassment.
In the video below Pat Condell, in our view, sums up the problem in a nutshell; it is of course one of fear and cowardice.
The Government and certain members of society don’t want you talking about Islam, religion or culture for this could result in certain quarters of our society feeling discriminated against and therefore making further calls upon their brotherhood to go out and commit even more heinous crimes.
Yes how delighted the Muslims were when two of their so-called brothers murdered Lee Rigby last year; in fact they still haven’t stopped ranting on about how brave Michael Adebolajo and Michael Adebowale were as they ran him down using a car at 40mph which broke his back and then set upon him with knives and a machete until finally attempting to decapitate him.
This latest attack on democracy is a clear and unequivocal testament as to just how little of it remains in the UK.
We suspect you’re all chomping at the bit to get to the ballot box next year in order to finally oust the man who wants to silence the Press and his sidekick, Nick Clegg, who thinks Britain is some type of multicultural cohesive society; it’s multicultural alright but cohesive it is far from being.
Yes, the time for celebration appears to far away but once it’s all over you’ll quickly realise that your democratic right to vote has merely given you the power to vote in yet another dictator, one that will further suppress your rights to express yourself and be heard.
Is it really worth voting at all? In our view the answer is no and we won’t be casting a vote for it is neither democratic or morally justifiable to vote in any political party who wishes to Govern by fear and oppression and it doesn’t matter what flavour of politics you currently support there are none that dare tackle the core issues and once again allow you your full democratic rights
Before you go… consider that racism and bigotry is, in the mainstream, used by those who effectively don’t want to hear what you have to say.
You may not like what you hear but ultimately you must, if you support democracy, have the decency to respect it. It doesn’t matter what is said there will always be some quarters of society that vehemently disagree whilst others will give it its full support.
You may not agree with what has been published here; you may have an entirely different view and we wouldn’t dream of criticising such views but if you are thinking of leaving a comment then consider this… we support your democratic right to free speech and therefore you should support ours; democracy is not a one way street nor can it be compromised simply because some feel offended by what others have to say.
