FOREIGN CRIMINALS TO AVOID PRISON IF THEY AGREE TO LEAVE UK FOR 5 YEARS – Literally hundreds of criminals are about to be given a choice to leave the UK for just 5 years or face imprisonment. This is the statement coming out of the Home Office in a bid to reduce the £10 million a year that it costs to process foreign criminals through our justice system and this cost continues to rise as more and more foreigners pour into the UK unchecked.
The Home Office plan is to give each criminal a choice and if they choose to leave they will be provided with an air ticket home at the expense of the taxpayer.
According to sources the prison sentences that foreigners criminals can avoid include burglary, drug dealing, robbery and even violent assault and it way for the Home Office to raise the number of successfully deport unwanted foreigners.
The new deal, as the Government sees it, will make it much easier to deport criminals of which is currently extremely low due to the madness of the Human Rights Act 1998 and our membership within the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
So, let’s just recap and clarify the situation for what it really is…
The UK Government is totally incompetent in making positive moves to scrap the Human Rights Act and pull out of the ECHR – both of which would solve the problem immediately.
The Government is to let-off criminals, almost regardless to their crimes, if they leave for 5 years. After 5 years the criminals will be able to return and continue their criminal activities; but that’s OK because we can always offer then the same deal with a free air ticket.
So incompetent is the UK Government at deporting criminals it is willing to spend taxpayers’ money to implement a plan that could be solved if ANY of them had the spine, common sense or will to change what is clearly broken.
Victims’ groups and campaigners are understandable angry at the suggestion that foreigner criminals will basically get off without punishment and get a free flight home. I personally wonder if the Government would be better off asking the public if they would like to emigrate and cover the costs.
Why can we not scrape the Human Rights Act and pull out of the ECHR – this is the most sensible of the options and we could simply start deporting all of the foreigner scroungers and criminals. Of course that is unacceptable because of the Liberal way of thinking. Due to the fact that we have a Coalition Government there is simply no way the Liberal Democrats would ever allow for the Human Rights Act to be scraped nor pull out of the ECHR.
Democracy I hear you say? Democracy in the UK is simply the right to vote in the next set of dictators. If we lived in a true democracy then issues of this nature would be put to a democratic referendum. Unfortunately the Government does not want its citizens controlling the country.
While David Cameron continues in his attempt to convince the British public that he and the Tories are doing all they can it is obvious that while a Coalition exists the two conflicting views will not be able to put right the huge amount of wrongs that we are inflicted with.
What a sorry state the UK has become when we become over run with criminals that we cannot imprison or deport. I wonder how many Government Ministers can spell the world FARCE.
