FUNNIEST COURT CASE TRANSCRIPTS FROM ATTORNEY AND WITNESS – As you will see from the extracts below, of actual court transcripts, not all lawyers, or indeed witness testimony, is of a very intelligent nature. When it comes to the lawyers questions here you are going to be left shaking your head and asking how on earth did they ever manage to pass the bar exam.
Note that we have not changed any of the wording in the court transcripts, these are exactly as it was said in court.
Court Case 1
ATTORNEY: What was the first thing your husband said to you that morning?
WITNESS: He said, ‘Where am I, Cathy?’
ATTORNEY: And why did that upset you?
WITNESS: My name is Susan!

WITNESS: Because his brain was sitting on my desk in a jar.
ATTORNEY: I see, but could the patient have still been alive, nevertheless?
WITNESS: Yes, it is possible that he could have been alive and practicing law
