GOOGLE FOUNDER SERGEY BRIN CAUGHT CHEATING ON HIS WIFE – Sergey Brin and wife of 8 years, Anne Wojcicki, are likely to be discussing divorce plans after it was revealed that Sergey has been having a romantic affair with one of his marketing mangers for Google Glass, Miss Amanda Rosenberg, 27; some thirteen years Sergey’s junior.
It might have been wise if Sergey had listened carefully to his CEO, Eric Schmidt, advice on privacy when he reported to the press, over raised user privacy concerns, that ‘if you don’t want people finding out what you do it is best that you don’t do it in the first place’.
I wonder how many times that little one liner will come back and bite Google, its founders and CEO, firmly on the backside.
Amanda Rosenberg who left the UK in search of fame and fortune with Google certainly appears to have found exactly what she was looking for as she snares Sergey, one of the richest men in the world with a fortune estimated at $15 billion.
If Amanda Rosenberg is looking for a fast buck she might like to consider Sergey’s current wife as it is reported that Sergey made her sign a prenuptial agreement before their wedding vows.
The Google Press Department yesterday confirmed that Sergey and his wife Anne had been living apart for a number of months. Sergey and Anne have two children.
Under Californian law Anne would normally be entitled to half of Sergey’s net worth, however it is known that a strict prenuptial agreement does exist in order to protect Sergey’s assets.
Considering Google has been heavily criticized over its privacy policies in which Google have repeatedly stated that it is not concerned about user privacy, the internet bloggers and privacy advocates are having a field day over this latest story to break out of the Google camp.
Amanda Rosenberg graduated from Leeds University after completing college at the £31,000 a year Marlborough College, the same institute used by the British Royal Family members and includes the likes of Princess Beatrice and HRH Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge.
After leaving University she landed her first role at Google in London but last year moved to San Francisco where she landed the role of promoting the controversial and widely criticized Google Glass device.
No doubt this latest news will continue to spread across the internet as more online websites come out to mock Sergey Brin with many already attacking him over the affair and asking whether or not Sergey is happy to continue eroding privacy laws for financial gain.
