JUDGE RULES THAT TERRORIST SUSPECT MUST BE GIVEN MORE SOCIAL LIBERTY – The Home Secretary, Theresa May, has been ordered by a High Court Judge to allow a highly dangerous Al Qaeda fanatic to be given more liberty and freedom to mingle as current Home Office restrictions are against his human rights.
The judge, Mr. Justice Walkie, ordered that strict curbs be lifted on the suspected suicide bomber to be relaxed so that he many enjoy a ‘normal social life’. He went on to say that such restrictive curbs are causing the 24 year old Somali man untold embarrassment and isolation from fellow students at the university in which he attends.
The man, only known as ‘CF’, as his real name cannot be published due to Human Rights laws, has been under close scrutiny by security services and fear that any relaxation would result in him contacting other Islamic fundamentalists and extremists that would, they believe, result in terrorist plots against the UK.
This is yet another step towards allowing the Jihad movement to go unmonitored and uncontrolled and a number of politicians feel this ruling will result in more suspected terrorist being given greater freedom to plot against us.
Now you might be thinking that Mr. Justice Walkie has lost the plot and the old fellow should be put out to retirement; preferably somewhere far, far away. Unfortunately you, and any others thinking this, would be very misguided.
Judge Walkie, like most of our High Court Judges, is a very astute individual. All he is doing is abiding by the legislation that was created by the Human Rights Act 1998 and in compliance with our membership to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR). Of course he could have sided with the Home Office but he knew full well this would only result in a costly appeal to the ECHR that the taxpayer would have to cover.
The blame, as I have pointed out on many occasions is all those who voted in Labour, for it was Labour that created the Human Rights Act 1998 and then allowed anyone to walk into the UK, including economic refugees from Eastern Europe and criminals and terrorists from all corners of the earth through the creation of the Borders Act 2007.
During the last election the electorate obviously couldn’t make up its mind and so, in order to form a Government, a coalition was formed. Now we have one side that wants to change the Borders Act, scrap the Human Rights Act and reduce legislative powers from Europe while the other side is completely opposed against any such changes.
The result? Ineffective government voted for by the people who are now stuck in limbo and what the UK fall deep and deeper into a society filled with criminals, welfare scroungers and most frighteningly the terrorists.
Can anyone honestly tell me that we have a Government and a Legislative System that is effective and works for the people? When you look closely at the situation of Government and Law today the average terrorist has more rights than any hard working, taxpaying, honest citizen.
