MAN ARRESTS DRUGS DEALER AND IS CHARGED WITH KIDNAPPING – A ruby coach finally took the law into his own hands after police failed to turn up for a sting operation to capture a local drugs dealer who was supplying his son with cannabis.
Cenydd Nickels is a well respected rugby coach and was understandably furious to find out that his 14 year old son was being supplied with cannabis by a local drug dealer.
Like any concern father and citizen Mr. Nickles reported the matter to the police and sting operation was set in motion. Unfortunately on the day the police failed to turn up and the drug dealer continued with his illicit trade.
In the days and weeks that went by, with no police action, a terrible incident occurred as Mr. Nickles 14 year old son mugged and robbed his own grandmother of just £6 in order to feed his growing drug addiction.
Enough was enough and Mr. Nickles took the attitude that if the police wouldn’t do anything about it he would hunt him down and make a citizen’s arrest.
After tracking down the drug dealer Mr. Nickles dutifully arrest him and took him to his local police station but to his complete astonishment the police were not interested in the drug dealer but rather that of Mr. Nickles.
Mr. Nickles was duly arrested for the charge of kidnapping and assault and the drug dealer was allowed to walk free
The arrest triggered a 5 month ordeal for Mr. Nickles and cost the taxpayer over £100,000 in legal and court costs and then for some reason, unknown to Mr. Nickles, the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) dropped the case against him without any explanation.
While Mr. Nickles has walked away from this ordeal without a criminal record he is understandably left completely disillusioned over the actions by the police and the CPS.
Once again we see clear evidence that our incessant drive for liberal left-wing nonsense is allowing criminals to walk our streets without fear of prosecution for their crimes.
I wonder when we will come to our senses and stop looking upon criminals as victims of a failing society and clean up our streets.
