MONACO PENTHOUSE FOR THE SUPER RICH – Designed by Alberto Pinto, this elegant high rise is intended for those who really don’t have to think about the cost of living.
If you are thinking that you might like to own such a Penthouse then think again because even a massive win on the Euro Lottery wouldn’t allow you to afford this little piece of real estate.
With a staggering price tag of £250m you are going to have to be one of the world’s truly wealthy individuals in order to be able to stump up this amount of cash for a home.
Monaco is unlike any other place on earth – it is simply dripping in money and it’s where the world’s richest people congregate for their playtime in the sun.
It is a fact of life that while many of us mere mortals are struggling to make ends meet there are those who rarely have to think about the cost of living or those little luxuries in life that one tends to purchase from time to time.
I have to admit, after viewing the video above, I was in awe. Monaco is one of those places I have always wanted to visit but have never been afforded the opportunity.
As for buying any home of this magnitude, well let’s just say I was thrilled to find 10p down the back of my sofa the other day, so on that knowledge it’s clear to see that this is well out of my league. Ah, but to dream!
While I think the penthouse apartment, with its own infinity pool and slide, is simply breathtaking one other aspect would deter me from making such a purchase (apart from the fact that I make a Church Mouse look positively wealthy) and that’s the height. I have trouble standing on a chair and if a light bulb needs changing, which involves ladders, I’ll call for my girlfriends help every time.
So there you have it, I’m a poor wimp, but I am sure that some rich multi-millionaire or billionaire will certainly snap up this stunning property. No doubt they’ll have a great view of their stunning private super yacht from the penthouse that will just add the icing to the cake.
