PRISONERS TO GET SEX CHANGE SURGERY AT THE EXPENSE OF THE TAXPAYER – Is there anything that the taxpayer isn’t libel to fork out for? Unfortunately with the enactment and enforcement of volumes of liberal laws it would clearly be the case that the taxpayer will, time and time again, be force to cough up cash for what most people will find incredulous.
It was announced by Full Sutton Prison, a high-security facility, housing some of the UK’s most violent criminals that two of its prisoners have applied to undergo a sex change at a cost to the taxpayer of £25,000 each.
Most of us are aware of the insane legislation that the last Labour Government managed to push through the Commons and the House of Lords, including the Human Rights Act 1998, Border Act 2007; which allows criminals to get away with almost anything while the latter allows criminals to freely walk into the UK and take up residency.
Another such ridiculous law as was the Gender Recognition Act 2004 – obviously the Labour Government felt that the British people were unable to tell man from woman and therefore enacted a law to provide a clear definition.
The Gender Recognition Act 2004
The Act gives transsexual people legal recognition as members of the sex appropriate to their gender (male or female) allowing them to acquire a new birth certificate, affording them full recognition of their acquired sex in law for all purposes, including marriage.

Due to the Act the prison officials had no choice but to comply with their request and provide special training to its staff in order to support the two inmates through the transition.
As part of their Human Rights both inmates identities are being kept confidential and once the treatment, under the NHS, is completed, they will be moved to a women’s prison to reflect their new gender.
“Expensive treatment on the NHS must be based on medical need, especially with the increasing care demands placed on the Health Service. Part of prison involves removal of a criminal’s liberty. Many people will find it surprising that these changes have been given the go-ahead given the huge, and expensive, complications it will create.” Robert Oxley, Taxpayers’ Alliance.
The Prison Governor made a statement that both prisoners had exercised their legal right of choice and that under current legislation we have no choice but to comply with their request.
At present the prison has been ordered the Governor of Full-Sutton Prison to initiated a number of cost cutting measure in order to save £1 million between now and 2014 as part of the governments overall cost cutting exercises.
This is certainly not the first time a prisoner has requested and received treatment and there are other disturbing incidences including IVF treatment so that women prisoners can have children while imprisoned and while this caused controversy among the public the European Court of Human Rights once again interfered and allowed such treatment as denial would infringe upon their right to a ‘family life’.
The insanity of our laws, and those imposed upon us from Brussels, will not doubt continue until we finally install a government that has the spine to stand up and say; enough is enough. The Home Secretary, Theresa May, has already expressed her concerns over the Human Rights Act 1998 and would like to see the UK pull away from the European Court of Human Rights and place justice firmly back into the hands of the British Courts.

Theresa May Vows to Pull Out of the European Court of Human Rights
Whether Theresa May is able to get the backing of the Liberal Democrats is doubtful, to say the least, as the Liberal Democrats, just like the Labourites are keen to support laws that appear to benefit the growing number of criminals residing in the UK.
