STEPFATHER OF DANIEL PELKA JAILED THREE TIMES BUT NEVER DEPORTED – Daniel Pelka died just a few days short of his 5th birthday due to years of physical and mental abuse by his mother Magdelena Luczak and stepfather Mariusz Krezolek.
It was a blow to the head, by his stepfather, which resulted in little Daniel dying some two days later of this injuries.
The initial news that I wrote about this atrocity also covered the failings of our social services, the police and even Daniel’s teachers. It is clear that the whole social system that we think is so wonderful failed to protect the most precious of all; a child named Daniel and one that suffered at the hands of the two most vile and heinous individuals you will ever likely meet; his mother and stepfather.
It now transpires that Daniel was further let down by our justice system for despite the fact that Mariusz Krezolek had been arrested six times and imprisoned three times he was never deported.
Let’s not close our eyes and make excuses as some in the Liberal Left-Wing camp are doing; for once let’s find the spine to uncover and face the dirty truth. The fact is we all played our part in Daniel’s murder; or should I say those who devised and support the Human Rights Act 1998 and insist that the European Convention of Human Rights (ECHR) is an essential cog in the machine that makes Britain a cohesive multicultural society.
Of course that’s a lie; but those who created the monster and uphold its principles will never admit that Britain is being flooded with serial criminals, many who are violent, because the Human Rights Act and ECHR simply will not allow the prevention of these people being let in and certainly will not permit them being deported.
If you really want to see the truth about the farcical state of British justice then look no further than to the case of Abu Qatada; it took the Home Office ten years to deport him and that was only after the Jordanian authorities signed a charter preventing the use of evidence gained under, what Qatada alleges, through torture.
Mariusz Krezolek, a Polish migrant, has been allowed his liberty in the UK despite his criminal history simply because we have allowed ourselves to become indoctrinated with the ideology of liberalism which has led to the creation of laws that allows people like Mariusz Krezolek to roam our streets and eventually murder an innocent little boy.
It is obvious that our liberalism prevented us from doing the right thing; that is to remove Mariusz Krezolek from British society and send him back to where he came from.
What is incredulous to me is that last night a number of MPs and Ministers spoke of their outrage over Daniel’s murder and are asking how Mariusz Krezolek was able to avoid deportation.
This is of course nothing less that smoke and mirrors as each and every one of them had a hand in Daniel’s murder through the creation of a system that refuses to acknowledge that our justice system is broken and find a way to correct it.
Watch carefully the news over the next few days and I assure you that not one politician will take responsibility; instead they will, as always, point the finger elsewhere; primarily at the police and social services.
Nick Clegg made the only sensible statement in which he said; “This vile, evil murder should be on all of our consciences.”
He is of course correct but he failed to state that he, and his insistence of a Liberalised system, is the very reason that Mariusz Krezolek could not be deported. Cast your mind back to Abu Qatada and you will find it was Nick Clegg who refused to acknowledge the failings of the Human Rights Act and even after Ministers suggested it should be scrapped in the pursuit of being able to deport criminals Clegg said he would veto any such move.
When will we have the courage to stand against the madness of the Human Rights Act and the interference of the ECHR? When will we have spine to stand up and honestly admit our failings?
The truth is that until we are prepared to take positive action then little Daniel Pelka is unlikely to be the last victim due to our ineptitude. Whilst you may stand idly by I will of course continue to write the truth and not doubt in the course of doing so cause offence to the liberal left-wing loons who are, in my view, as culpable as Magdelena Luczak and Mariusz Krezolek.
If we had a modicum of sense to justice then these two vile individuals would be swinging from a rope.
Before you go spare a moment and look at Daniel Pelka; this is a child that we failed to protect. We need a change in the law. We need to be able to deport criminals and we need to bring back the death penalty so that Magdelena Luczak and Mariusz Krezolek may never again be allowed to harm another child and send a clear message to anyone considering doing so; that we will hang you and hang you high.
