TJ LANE A KILLER WITH NO REMORSE – Teenage killer, TJ Lane, not only showed no remorse for the killings of three innocent children but clearly showed his contempt for the parent of those children’s lives he took by wearing a T Shirt in court with the work ‘KILLER’ written across it.
As each of the parents addressed TJ Lane, explaining to him the gravity of his actions, he merely sat there smirking; obviously happy and proud at the notoriety his actions have brought him.
TJ Lane shot death three students at this local school in Ohio and yesterday, Tuesday 19th March 20, 2013, Judge David Fuhry sentenced the teenage to three life sentences without the possibility of parole.
TJ Lane sparked national outrage with what has been referred to as the coldest and inhumane antics that almost no other convicted killer has ever displayed towards the family members, when giving their opinions on TJ Lane and his actions.
One woman stated; “It’s a good job there are so many police officers in this courtroom to protect you. You are not even human.”
As the sentencing hearing started Twitter and other social networks were ablaze with images and stories on how TJ Lane entered the courtroom wearing a light blue shirt, only to remove this to reveal a white T shirt with the word ‘KILLER’ sprawled across it in black marker pen.
If this action alone was not callous enough he gave the victims’ families the bird ‘flipping them off’ and gave the following statement;
“This hand that pulled the trigger that killed your sons now masturbates to the memory. F*** all of you.” TJ Lane
The prosecuting team, and all those in the courtroom, were completely taken aback to his statement, the prosecutor who rose and said; ‘This was clear proof that Lane is a disgusting human being and that the killings were not only cold but calculating and premeditated.
The plea of guilty came on the eve of the killings on February 26th. TJ Lane gunned down in cold blood, Daniel Parmertor, Russell King Jr, and Demterius Hewlin and seriously wounding Nick Walczak, how is now confined to a wheelchair for the rest of his life.
At the time of the killings TJ Lane was just 17 years of age and as such, in pursuant of State Law, he was not subject to the death penalty.
All of the parents are still left in limbo as to the reasons Lane took so many lives and yet, even today he refuses to give an account of his actions. Today, as TJ Lane begins three life sentences, it has been announced by the defence that TJ Lane intends to appeal to the conviction.
