Christmas certainly is a time of year when companies around the world thank their customers both old and new and often it’s a Christmas card or an advertisement on the television or internet that relates the yuletide greetings.
There some companies however that feel much more can be done and in fact their customers deserve such effort.
Enter WestJet airlines, that came up with a novel idea that not only spread an abundance of joy for one set of passengers but brought staff and customers much closer together.
You simply have to watch the video above; for it is incredible the lengths that WestJet went to and the vast numbers of people, nearly 30 million, who have watched the video have shared it and talked about it.
This clearly shows that spreading a little holiday cheer is not just good for the customer but also has a very positive effect on the company.
